Over the past year, we have had the pleasure with dealing with Hayley Fawcett and the team at Re/max 1st Choice Realty. Let us start with saying that moving this time around was more stressful than previous moves, but we were glad to have Hayley in our corner the whole time. Hayley was very patient as we begun our home search. We recall visiting 20-30 showings in our local area. She let us have free reign of our picks and was able to arrange the showings in a timely manner. Right away she had a good understanding of what are hot buttons were and directed us to showings that met our criteria. Hayley, was very helpful when it came to understanding certain features and specs of the property. She always had a clear understanding of an property's ammenities. I.e. what type of septic system, natural gas or propane heat, wood or concrete foundations etc. All these things were important to us. When it came time to receiving offers on our home she was very easy to deal with. She clearly laid out the important details of the contract which in turn allowed us to make good decisions. She always had our best interests at heart. Hayley also was very helpful with our purchase. She facilitated the dealings with the adjacent realtor. She was always reminding of important deadlines. She was always on top of the process and made sure no mistakes were made. She also noticed mistakes from other realtors and worked to fix them right away. Hayley definitely has the attitude and personality of a great realtor. If felt like we were being taken care of by a friend or family member and not by a pushy salesperson.
